What Hi-Fi? review KIMBER KABLE® 4TC Speaker Cable
Friday, 6th February 2009
In a short but sweet review of various speaker cables, What Hi-Fi? magazine found KIMBER KABLE® 4TC to be a standout product.

Rhythm and timing. These are the key aspects of KIMBER KABLE®. It's the reason Russ chose to import their cables in the first place. And the reason we've stuck with them.
These are the elements which underpin their innate 'musicality' and what makes their woven cable standout performers.
What Hi-Fi? pick up on this point, observing that
“[4TC] cable displays an awesome sense of timing, turning its hand to any type of tune you throw its way".
That's great news for anyone who's experienced having their choice of listening determined by the system.
But that more musical performance can sometimes come at the expense of excitement. Not here though. "The energetic, enthusiastic delivery is highly addictive", they write. "Bass notes are taut, precise and powerful", they add.
Again, that can be a trade-off with the mids and highs, creating an unbalanced sound. No worries on this count here:
"the space around instruments and vocals allows the Kimber to unearth an extraordinary level of detail".
In conclusion, and awarding their full five stars, What Hi-Fi argue that 4TC is "worth every penny”.
