PowerKord-8™

Perfect for components fitted with a Figure 8 socket, the PowerKord-8™ is based on our PowerKord-100™ and uses the same Kimber woven cable technology as that cable*.



PowerKord-8™ can be used with any player that's fitted with a figure 8 socket - Sky boxes, for example, plus many CD players, DVD players, gaming consoles, VCRs and also TV screens.

PowerKord-8™ is similar in performance to our PowerKord-100™. If you want extra performance from your equipment - fit a PowerKord-308™ - or PowerKord-508.


*Please note that the PowerKord-8™ does not use the enhanced weave, earth and Noise Reducing Sleeving which is a feature of our PowerKord-100™.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
    "Oustanding Product For The Money"
    I bought this as an upgrade for my Bluesound Vault 2 streamer/NAS drive. The effect is simply astonishing. The sound quality is considerably improved: it is far fuller and tighter: with much better separation, smoothness and naturalness. To my mind, my hifi is now sounding as it always should have. I opted for the DCT upgrade: I don't know how much difference that made because I have not heard the without DCT equivalent, but it is simply epic. At £168 for a 1.5m cable with optional DCT, this is the single biggest upgrade I've ever had in terms of sound improvement: its even more noticeable than my £1,000 DAC upgrade (I suspect the cable is enabling my DAC to now sing). Highly recommended would be to simply understate my feelings for this quite brilliant product.

    "Better Picture And Sound"
    Fitted this to my big samsung flat screen and wasn't really expecting that big a difference, Wrong !!
    Cleaner sharper picture and sound, for under £100, great upgrade on the cable supplied.
