Yes, I recommend this product.
"Perfect For Record Cleaning"
Only used for 'wet' record cleaning - perfect for this application and I don't find "too short as noted by other reviewer.

"Too Short"
This brush is great, nice velvet pad, gets into the grooves well. Wide enough to enable very effective cleaning. Why 3 stars? Because the brush doesn't cover from label to edge! Why isn't it a couple of Cms longer. Still recommended but you do have to move it in and out to cover all the groove area.

Repacement pads a good price.
