Use a portable headphone amp?
Those of you who use a portable headphone amp to increase the performance of your MP3 player will be interested to know that we've produced our MiniLink cable to connect the headphone output of your player to the input of the portable amp.
Made with 10cm of Kimber PBJ cable and fitted with right-angle 3.5mm stereo jacks, it's an effective - and good-sounding - way to replace the cheap cables commonly supplied.

Yes, I recommend this product.
"Wow"
I got this to use between my A&K Anirma SR25 and IfI XCan portable headphone amplifier. Using my two portable headphones - the Sennheiser Momentum 2 over ear and a Sony XM3 ANC - the sound using the supplied cheap, thin connecting cable was messy, dull, boomy and rather congested, especially the Sony. This specific model had an excessive mid bass bloat and "hump", unlistenable on some music. Enter the mini link. Wow, all those issues pretty much disappeared. Now, the sound stage has expanded in all points, the bass is behaving, the highs are gorgeous. A no brainer!
