In 1979, Ray Kimber created his first speaker cables; 4PR and 8PR. These models quickly became very popular and were found in home systems and dealer showrooms around the world. His next speaker cable innovation came years later with the introduction of VariStrand™ conductors and with it the creation of 4VS and 8VS speaker cables.
Now these two models have come together to create the all-new Kimber PR loudspeaker cables, together with a nod to the original red and black colours of 70s PR.

Kimber’s technique of using different diameter copper strands within each insulated conductor to ensure that the cable has an even frequency response and doesn’t favour any particular frequency.

(Rdc) dc loop resistance: 0.008 Ohm / meter
