Use the surface mount backing box to mount a Double SuperSocket™ MK.II, UltraSocket™ (with double faceplate) and the Signature Socket onto the surface of your wall for easy install.
Please ensure you select the correct box for your socket. SuperSocket and UltraSocket use the same backbox.
Because the backing boxes we supply are made of plastic, they don’t degrade the performance of your ring main wiring in the way metal, flush mount wall boxes can.

If you want to make a hole in the back box to a fit your special needs:Use a strip of painting tape and new and sharp drill. Don't use force, let drill do the job,
